AlGammal Holding's 2026 Summer Training Program began on 2 September with its first orientation session. The program is organized in cooperation with the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, and brings the academy's students into the group for a structured period of practical training.
Day one: the group from the inside
The opening session introduced the students to AlGammal Holding as a whole: how the group started, the sectors it works in, from EPC contracting and infrastructure to industrial manufacturing, technology, hospitality, mining, and corporate services, and the vision that connects them. It also covered the working culture the students will be part of during their time with the group.
The session closed with the program plan itself: the training activities scheduled for the coming period, what each stage covers, and what the students are expected to take away from it.
Why the group invests in training
The students joining this year are at the start of their careers. The program gives them a working view of how a multi-sector group operates, alongside people who do that work every day. The aim is a training experience that builds real skills and leaves the students better prepared for the job market.
AlGammal Holding welcomes this year's students and looks forward to the weeks ahead. Investing in people is where building the future starts, and this program is one of the ways the group does it.
