AlGammal Contracting, part of AlGammal Holding, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology (E-JUST). The agreement was signed on 7 September 2026 at the university and forms part of the Tamayouz 2026 summer training program, now in its second consecutive year.
What the agreement covers
The MoU gives E-JUST students structured practical training inside a working contracting company: time on live projects, direct exposure to how operations are run, and engineering and technology know-how passed on by the people who use it every day. The aim is to close the distance between what students learn in the classroom and what the job market asks of them from day one.
Who signed
The memorandum was signed by Eng. Medhat Maher, Chief Executive Officer of AlGammal Contracting, and Prof. Ahmed El-Sabbagh, President of the Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology, under the patronage of Mr. Taha AlGammal, Chairman of AlGammal Holding.
People are the group's first investment. Partnerships like this one connect the academic and industrial sides of engineering, so the next generation of leaders is trained by both. This agreement carries that work into a second year.
