Every Ramadan, AlGammal Holding sets one table for the whole group. This year's annual iftar brought together colleagues from the holding's sectors and business units, alongside the leadership team, for an evening that belongs as much to the group's culture as to its calendar.
One table, many sectors
AlGammal operates across EPC contracting and infrastructure, industrial manufacturing, technology, hospitality, mining, and corporate services, in ten countries. Most of the year, those teams work on different sites, in different cities, and often in different time zones. The iftar is one of the few moments when the group sits down as a single company, and that is the point of it.
Engineers sat with hospitality teams, factory managers with digital product leads, and long-serving colleagues with people who had joined months earlier. Conversations that started over the meal carried on well after it, which is exactly what a gathering like this is for.
A tradition that reflects who we are
Ramadan is a season of reflection, generosity, and community. For a group built on long-term partnerships and on the people who deliver them, the annual iftar is a way of saying thank you: to the teams whose discipline turns commitments into completed projects, and to the families who stand behind them.
