ElGamal handles the group's roads and bridges work: carriageways, interchanges, utility corridors and the civil structures underneath them.

The teams move between Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Libya, and often work alongside the group's infrastructure crews, so a road programme and the water, power or telecom lines running under it can be planned as one sequence rather than two contracts fighting over the same trench.
